Cuba faces energy crisis as blackouts surge

Cuba is coping with a severe energy crisis with residents often experiencing power outages and fuel shortages. But that could change with the help of China. The island expects to increase its power generation by 1000 megawatts this year thanks to 50 planned solar parks made in China. CGTN's Luis Chirino reports.
